I am a SLACKER

I am sorry it has been a while since I have blogged, but don't you worry, I have been keeping PLENTY busy. First of all, I am potty training Anson, that is like a life long process, he is doing great, for the most part, but still struggles. He has also decided to get in trouble when ever possible, he has figured out that when I am feeding Lorin or Showering or fixing lunch/dinner is the best time to "explore" he has done the following: Tooth paste, all over him self and Lorin ( I was in the shower) He has put a whole thing of jell in his hair and all over his face ( I was feeding Lorin) He has gotten some yummy lip balm and smeared it all over him self and my bed sheets ( I was feeding Lorin) He has smeared his poop all over his hands and on his carpet floor (he was "napping") He got a hold of my flour bucket when I was cooking dinner, and had a flour fight with him self..... (I did not stop him, it looked like fun, and it was keeping him busy) But all and all, it has been a busy couple of weeks... We have no AC! so we spend a lot of time outside in Anson's little pool, seriously, it is so hot inside it reaches the high 80's low 90's in our house! try sleeping in that! And I wish I had pictures to show you guys, but our camera is broken, we are waiting for a piece in the mail so we can fix it..... I hope to still my dads camera so I can take some pictures soon. Love you all and wish me luck with my children, or wish Anson luck with his mom..... it is hard not to get upset at him for what he is doing. My friend did mention for me to get a "trouble" chair, and when ever he gets in trouble to put him in his chair, no warnings just put him in his chair, I am going to try that today, I will let you know how that goes. Lorin could not be any more perfect that what she is, she is rolling and scooting all over the place, man I love babies. Anyone having one soon so I can hold a new born? Tara? let me know... he he he

You're not a slacker... just a busy mom! Anyway, "timeout" works great for Evan. give it a try.

Kaylynn, I already have 5, and have you read my blog? Does on the brink of insanity mean anything to you? Look elsewhere.

Just don't ask which side of the brink she's on...

and why wasn't I invited to this flour fight? Sounds exciting over at your place. When is the A/C coming??? You poor thing. You should go sleep at grandma's! She needs some excitment in her life. Then grandpa can have a flour fight with Anson. They have wood floors it wouldn't be hard to clean up!
